I was checking the video movies which should come in May the next month on Tokyo Cable TV the 28th channel CSN1movie channel or iTSCOM in which I got interested at the moment when my husband saw CHURASAN the program which had described the lives and loves which had been communicated through the so warm-hearted people in Okinawa as people in tokyo.
So I happened to see Rimi Natukawa singing AOGEBATOUTOSHI and NADASOHSOH on his video to cheer the students and OBs at the closed school which she had attended before,and that has reminded me of the junior high school I had attended when I was a teenager, which is also to be closed in very near future.

食費は、やりくり次第で大きく節約できる費目です。ここでは、食料品を購入するときの節約術を中心にまとめていますが、献立の立て方や食料品の保存方法などでも節約は可能です。自分にできそうなものから、少しずつ実践していきましょう。
・１日に使う食費を決める
１日の食費を◯◯円までと決めてしまいます。１日単位だと融通がきかないのでむずかしいと思えば、１週間単位で上限額を設定します。この枠を超えないようにやりくりすれば、ムダな出費は抑えられます。
・５日単位で食費を設定する
１か月の食費をカレンダーどおりに１週間単位で使おうとすると、端数の数日分が残ってスッキリしないという人もいるでしょう。こうした場合は、５日単位で上限◯◯円と決めれば、計画的に使っていけます。
・チラシは毎日チェックする
新聞に折り込まれているスーパーのチラシはこまめにチェックしましょう。特売品は日替わりですから、同じ商品の価格が日によって何割引にもなっていることがあります。また近所にある複数のスーパーのチラシを比較していけば、どの商品はどこのスーパーが安いのかといったスーパーごとの特徴などがつかめます。
・食品は底値で買う
