This sequence of exercises is designed to help heal and energize those of us who spend much of the day at our desks. When we're absorbed in our work, we're ignoring our bodies. Slouching in the desk chair may feel relaxing, but in fact our muscles and joints gradually tighten up from the lack of movement. As a result, our bodies suffer.
