久しぶりに走ったら身体ぶよぶよ、、、
冬場走り込まないと、夏持たない。
運動面にて支援。ボルタリングでは、手の位置と足の位置を確認しながら登ることができるが降りる際は、腰が引けて急に動きが止まってしまう。怖いのか本児に確認すると「うん」と支援者に伝える事が出来たので、降りるためにボルタリングの掴むところと足のかけるところを教えながら降りる事が出来た。登る時は、躊躇なく登れるので、降りる経験を積む事でスムーズに降りれるような印象を受けた。マット運動では、四つ這い移動、寝返り移動、後ろ歩き、横歩き、片足立ち、前転などの種目を実施。移動する運動では、レース形式で取り組み「よーいドン」の合図でスタートするように何度も説明するも、よーいでスタートしてしまうが許容範囲。笑顔で何度も挑戦し、支援者とコミュニケーションを取りながら実施することが出来た。前転は、苦手な様で手を着き頭を丸めて回ろうとするが、勢いが足りず体幹と足が着いてこないため、補助しながら前転することが出来た。本児が怖がらないように遊びを通して運動に結びつけていきたいと思う。

机上での介入。支援員の手を握り一緒に部屋へ入室する。活動の動物シルエットカードを提示し同じ動物を見つける事を説明すると、動物のカードを手に持ちその動物のシルエットを見つける姿が見られた。見つけることが出来ると支援員にカードを渡す。英汰さんに「この動物何？」と尋ねると「キリン」「ぞう」と発音しようとし、その他の動物の名称は不明瞭だが伝えようとする姿が見られた。サイとカバのカードでは、似ている事もあり間違ってしまうが、支援員が動物の特徴をわかりやすい様に説明すると修正し、支援員に渡す。次に型はめの活動を行う。丸、三角、四角の積木を机に置き三つの形と同じ枠の積木をはめ込むうように説明すると、丸の形に同じ丸の枠をはめる。次に四角の枠を手に持っていたがはめ込もうとしている形が丸だったのでなかなかはまらない。少し様子を見ていると手に持っている形を確認して四角の積木の所にはめる事が出来た。最後にブロックで遊ぶ。支援員が作る形を受け取り、英汰さんもそのブロックに好きなブロックをはめて遊ぶ。タイマーが鳴ると片付けもしっかり出来た。

運動面にて支援。トランポリンでは、綺麗なフォームで中心を安定して跳ぶことが出来たので、半回転ジャンプや支援者と一緒に数を数えながら取り組んだ。半回転ジャンプは、恐がらずに体を捻りながら跳ぶことが出来て、数に関しては、自分が何回跳んでいるかは、分かっていない印象。数を数える時は、発言もなく、口を開く事もなかったが、数字を数えて、「今何回だよ」とその都度伝えながら実施。ボルタリングで登る事に関しては、掴みにくいところは握らず、握りやすい位置に変えたりとしっかりどこを握るか、足はどこに置くかなど考えながら登れていた。降りることに関しては、恐怖感なのか、足や手の位置がわからないのか降りれることができなかった。でも支援者が助けて欲しいのか尋ねると「うんうん」と首を縦に振り、本児なりの意思表示を示してくれた。発言や訴えが少ないので、運動を通してコミュニケーションを取る頻度を増やしていきたいと思う。

A3. I don’t really support flexible schedules, especially when people need to work together on projects. In my current office, we often spend a lot of extra time just trying to coordinate meetings because everyone’s working at different times. I think it’s better if employees can gather in person at least sometimes to discuss and work together more efficiently.

A4. I think traditional office jobs will become less common over the next decade. With new AI technology and better communication tools, a lot of business tasks can be solved more efficiently, even outside the office. For example, at my workplace, I started using new software for time management, which makes it easier to work remotely. So, I believe more people will work from home or in different locations instead of going to a traditional office every day.

About 95% of diners still eat meat, but curiosity is growing. Michelin star owner Kirk Haworth says proof that plant-based fine dining is winning diners is in breaking out of its niche.
Haworth, who co-founded Plates in London with his sister, avoids the “vegan” label. He wants diners to judge dishes on taste, not ideology.
“I always say we’re a fine dining restaurant. I don’t say that we’re vegan,” Haworth said. “Food should be judged on flavor.”
Trained in Michelin-starred kitchens worldwide, he was forced to rethink his diet after being diagnosed with Lyme disease more than a decade ago. By cutting out meat, dairy or refined sugar, he said his chronic inflammation eased.
Plates became the first plant-based restaurant in Britain to earn a Michelin star earlier this year. It opened 18 months ago after years of pop-ups. Today, the restaurant is fully booked until the end of March.
“We’re not trying to replace meat or make things look like fish,” Haworth said. “We showcase acidity, umami and layers that make food exciting.”
