スリランカの情勢です。来週からのスリランカ政府軍の攻撃が非常に重大な局面になります。紛争が本当に「武力」によって解決されるのでしょうか。

In all fronts we are very superior, on the ground, the sea and air," said Mr Rajapaksa in an interview with the BBC.

Kilinochchi is within the firing range of our troops and we will fire the first shot on (it) next week" Sri Lanka's army chief, Lt Gen Sarath Fonseka declared triumphantly in the Sri Lankan capital Colombo.
"Our campaign will not stop until we liberate our motherland from the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE)" he stated, adding that their elusive leader Velupillai Prabhakaran was "struggling" to cope with the military's successful advance on Kilinochchi, 220 miles north of Colombo.
