I did not cook beef cutlets yesterday evening.
I fried some beef with vegetables such as celery,mashrooms,welsh onions,and kinusayas with Chinese Sauce.I cooked rice with some other foods.
I should ask myself what I can do for myself and the people I love.
I will never say from now on that I can do nothing.I believe that there is something I can do for others.

All the sweet talk in the world can't get you out of financial trouble. If you've overspent your limit, you must confess and make a plan to earn this money back. Return purchases if it's not too late, and examine the reason you go on these spending sprees. Is it possible your behaviour is really a cry for attention? You may even decide to attend some classes that will help you make up your mind. Spending time with friends and neighbors this afternoon is just what you will enjoy. A home-made ice cream party could be in order tonight.
