Though, you are prone to infections, most suffer from poor circulation, sore throats and, cramps in the lower limbs. Unless you catch the sport bug at an early age, you have to be pushed to take some sort of exercise; brisk walks and cycling are good ways for you to keep fit. As you like traveling, you generally have no trouble relaxing, especially when given a good book to read, although you'll never be a couch potato a little extra effort would not go amiss. High cheekbones or a finely chiseled profile are the most prominent facial features of yourself. You carry yourself with considerable grace, possessing a smile that can disarm anyone and you use it to such good effect on those around you. Most of you have healthy childhoods barring the unusual or weird and although you develop a good constitution as you grow up, some areas of your body, like the throat, lungs, heart, the nervous system, calves and ankles remain vulnerable. So, lots of fresh air, exercise and a good nights sleep will not go amiss.

A different way of knowing
Intuition is defined in the Webster Dictionary as ¡¦the power of knowing, without recourse to inference or reasoning¡¦ The word intuition comes from Latin in-tuire, which can be translated as looking, regarding or knowing from within. As a way of knowing, it is experiential and holistic. When one knows something intuitively, one knows it for sure, although one may not be able to explain the feeling of certainty. Says author Frances E. Vaughan, in her book Awakening Intuition, ¡¦Intuition is true in the same way that sensation is true: it is your experience, and you know it for what it is. In this sense, intuition is much more than a hunch or vague feeling. It may at times come into awareness only marginally, and seem vague, but if given attention, it can become increasingly clear and useful.¡¦ In eastern philosophy, intuition is accorded the deepest respect. It is considered a faculty of mind that develops in the course of spiritual growth. In the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, Lama Govinda defines intuitive mind as being simultaneously one with the universal mind and with differentiated knowledge. It is through intuition that the essence of life may be apprehended. Buddha taught that intuition, not reason, is the source of ultimate truth and wisdom. In Zen meditation, the discriminating conscious mind is quieted, and the intuitive mind is liberated.
Denial of intuition
If intuition is about tapping into the unconscious and is believed to be beneficial, why then do several people deny their experience of it? Lack of acceptance of intuition contributes to its suppression in individuals who do not want to be different¡¦ Many adults in therapy groups have said that they felt that they were more intuitive as children, and that they learnt to keep their intuitive perceptions to themselves after encountering skepticism or ridicule from adults. Says Frances E. Vaughan, ¡¦(intuitive) incidents can be frightening to adults who do not understand them or consider them paranormal. Parents who are afraid of what seems incomprehensible often respond angrily to intuitive observations by their children. They may attempt to explain them away, or to deny the child experience, saying something like, you couldn't possibly know that. Don't lie to me.¡¦At best, the child's remarks may be ignored.¡¦br>
Human transformation
However, there are many who that feel that intuition as an experience should not be denied. Rather, it should be seen as a tool for transformation. Renowned author Gary Zukav in his book Soul Stories feels that human beings are fast aligning themselves with a new perception of life. Our new perceptions are that the Universe is alive, wise and compassionate. ¡¦Your soul is much more than your personality. It is the essence of who you are. It existed before you were born, and it will exist after you die. We are beginning to understand that all that we choose, create and experience is part of a learning process. That process serves the evolution of our souls. This is the heart of a new perception that is transforming the human experience. This is multisensory perception (or intuition), the ability to see and experience far beyond the limitations of the five senses. Our species is becoming multisensory very fast. If you understand that, you will be looking for ways to use this ability. Actually, this ability is not new. What is new is that everyone is now getting it¡¦ If we agree with Gary Zukav paradigms, then harnessing the power of intuition becomes essential to our growth.
How to become more intuitive:
Learning to awaken intuition is paradoxical, since intuitive experiences tend to occur spontaneously and too much effort is apt to interfere with the process. Yet although one cannot make intuition happen, there is much that one can do to allow it to happen.
You have to believe that it works
First of all, it is a good idea to check your existing attitudes and beliefs towards intuition. Are you willing to relinquish your attachment to figuring things out in order to experience another way of knowing? Do you believe it is possible to quiet your mind to expand your awareness of reality? Remember that if you do not believe it is possible you will probably not succeed in doing so, unless you are truly able to temporarily suspend your disbelief. Be honest with yourself, because at some level you will always know when you are trying to deceive yourself. If you are uncertain or confused, simply acknowledge that this is where you are at the moment.
Relax into yourself
One can begin by learning how to relax. And one of the most helpful tools for this is to pay attention to your breathing. Just focus on your breath natural rhythm. Don't try to alter it, just watch your breathing. When your attention wanders and you find that you have forgotten about your breath, simply return to that focus by bringing your attention back, gently and quietly, time after time. What requires effort at the beginning becomes effortless with continued practice.
The regular practice of meditation is the single most powerful means of increasing intuition. Intuition flourishes in silence. Learn to quiet the mind by any meditation practice that works for you. Meditation and relaxation help create a receptive mind for intuition to happen.
Journey into being
It is also a good idea to treat your self with gentleness and compassion, like you would treat someone you love. Also, keep in mind that awakening intuition is not a tool that will solve all your problems, intuition is not about getting more but about being more. It's about removing the obstacles that cloud our vision about who we really are and what we already know.
Intuition will lead you into what is new or unknown. It leads you past the boundaries of what you once knew into areas of new discovery. Intuitive experiences regardless of whether they occur spontaneously or as a result of training, invariably expand consciousness to include more of reality, and more understanding of what is true.
So shed your fear and uncertainty. Embrace courage and get ready for genuine adventure. The rewards we have been repeatedly told, are priceless. For it is only by spreading our wings and leaping into the unknown that we know that we can fly.
You've been reviewing your financial options since winter, and need to make some decisions. Once you take action, it will feel as though a weight has been lifted from your shoulders. Perhaps the reason you've been so reluctant to move forward is that other people are relying on your good judgment. The good news is that your responsible behaviour will make your ties to a loved one much stronger.
