Q1. Thank you for participating. Today, I'd like to ask you some questions about exploring future careers and workplace choices. First, can you describe a job or type of career you are interested in and explain what attracts you to it? A1. I'm interested in art and art gallery businesses. Right now, I work in a different field, but in the future, I want to follow my father's path as a painter. He's a talented artist, but he sometimes finds it hard to manage his finances. That’s why I want to help him, and also learn how to combine art with business skills, so I can support him and maybe run an art gallery one day.
Q2. Good points. When thinking about your future job, would you rather work in an office setting or have a job that allows you to work remotely from different locations? Why? A2. I’d prefer to have a job that allows me to work remotely. I do like the stability of an office, but my hometown is pretty isolated, so having a remote job would let me access more business opportunities even if I stay in my local area. Remote work also gives me more flexibility, so I don't have to move so often.
Q3. I see. Some workplaces offer flexible schedules, allowing employees to choose when they work, but this can sometimes make teamwork more difficult. Do you think flexible schedules are a good idea in most workplaces? Why or why not? A3. I don’t really support flexible schedules, especially when people need to work together on projects. In my current office, we often spend a lot of extra time just trying to coordinate meetings because everyone’s working at different times. I think it’s better if employees can gather in person at least sometimes to discuss and work together more efficiently.
Q4. Thank you. Jobs continue to change with new technology and communication tools. Do you think traditional office jobs will become less common or remain the standard over the next decade? Why or why not? A4. I think traditional office jobs will become less common over the next decade. With new AI technology and better communication tools, a lot of business tasks can be solved more efficiently, even outside the office. For example, at my workplace, I started using new software for time management, which makes it easier to work remotely. So, I believe more people will work from home or in different locations instead of going to a traditional office every day.
A1. "I'd like to know and study about art, art gallery, businesses." ⏩️ I'm interested in art and art gallery businesses. 「I'd like to know and study about」は「I'm interested in」という表現にすることで、より自然で簡潔に興味を表すことができます。
A2. ✅ Remote work also gives me more flexibility, so I don't have to move so often.
A3. ✅ because everyone’s working at different times.
A4. "I believe traditional office work will be will be less more will be less compared to 20 centuries." ⏩️ I think traditional office jobs will become less common over the next decade.

To: Customer Support Subject: Broken Plates in Recent Order
I am writing to report a problem with my recent order. I received the set of ceramic plates yesterday, but several plates were broken and the packaging was damaged. I am planning to have a family dinner next week, so I need the plates to serve my guests. This situation is a big problem because I do not have enough plates for everyone. I kindly ask that you send me a replacement set as soon as possible, preferably by air, so I receive them before my event.
A1. "I have to tell a problem about your services." ⏩️ I am writing to report a problem with my recent order. 「I have to tell a problem about your services.」という直接的な表現から、「I am writing to report a problem with my recent order.」
A1. "I am planning to have a dnner with my fsmily next week." ⏩️ I am planning to have a family dinner next week, so I need the plates to serve my guests. This situation is a big problem because I do not have enough plates for everyone.
A1. "I strongly recommmend that you sent the replacement soon via air" ⏩️ I kindly ask that you send me a replacement set as soon as possible, preferably by air, so I receive them before my event.
