You have come to my attention as somebody who would be a good candidate for the position vacant of ERP Consulting Manager for a US Company. The position is based in Tokyo and will be responsible for all aspects of our client's ERP consulting business here in Japan. The position carries a lot of responsibility and is therefore high paying; at a compensatory base of 16 Million JPY for the right person.



The requirements are as follows:

Must be experienced in the ERP industry or closely related industry

Must have managed a consulting organization or department before; and so understand Profit & Loss, business generation and project management of ERP projects

Must be capable of leading the department immediately upon starting with minimal training

Must have a business/application type background (thus, we are not looking for programmers or analysts)

Must have knowledge of Manufacturing & Distribution, and Business Processes

Must have an understanding of software support and Japan localization.
